Most staff were caring and supportive. Some extremely compassionate & helpful. The curtains being left open after visits from midwives is an issue for privacy when you are unable to get out of bed. But overall good. Would be nice if other patients & visitors could be asked to put phones on quieter mode.

compared with my last birth experience at hillingdon hospital 7 1/2 years ago, here have been improvements, much more staff are available to ask for advice. they are alot more patient and helpful/knowledgeable about breastfeeding, they out your mind at ease regarding anything you ask. thank you.

post natal care is also very good; however,they clearly suffer from a lack of resources (staff) the midwifes that are on the ward do an extremely good job considering and are very helpful and polite
